What does "early beta" actually mean?
You're getting in early. We're working with a small group of product companies to build this right. Expect direct access to our team, fast iterations based on feedback, and some rough edges as we build. In return, you get preferential pricing, influence on the roadmap, and first access to new features. We're building this with you, not for you.
How does the AI actually work?
No prompting required. No agent building. No lego blocks to figure out. Propane works out of the box. It indexes your customer conversations, tickets, usage events, plus context from your website and company materials. You can add custom context as needed. The system surfaces patterns, flags signals, and builds intelligence automatically. You focus on decisions, not configuration.
Does this replace our existing tools or add to the stack?
Propane connects your existing tools, doesn't replace them. Keep using Gong for calls, Mixpanel for analytics, Intercom for support. Propane becomes the intelligence layer that connects everything. Reduces context switching without replacing your stack.
Is our data secure?
Hosted on GCP in EU. Data encrypted at rest and in transit. Role-based access controls. We never train models on your data. SOC 2 Type II certification in progress (completed Q1 2026). GDPR compliant. Full data processing agreement available.
How long until we actually see value?
We're in early beta, so expect some bumps. Connect your tools in one session. Intelligence starts flowing within 48-72 hours as we build customer profiles. Most beta partners see actionable insights within the first week. You'll work directly with our team during setup and early days.
How much does this actually cost?
We're in early beta with limited spots. Pricing will be simple: pay per company profile, not per user or feature. Under 100 customer profiles will be free. Above that, flat price per profile. No seat limits, no enterprise gates, no usage caps. Early beta participants get preferential pricing when we launch.
