At Propane, we saw product and GTM teams shipping faster than ever but still flying blind. We’ve built at scale, led teams, and felt the same pain firsthand — chasing churn, guessing at why features fail, and relying on feedback that’s too slow or too shallow to act on. We started Propane to fix that. Our mission is to make customer understanding effortless, continuous, and scalable. Voice-based interviews are just the beginning. One person can now run thousands of contextual conversations across the customer journey, and drop real insight directly into the tools their team already uses.
